The project aims to ensure the most efficient control over the product placement of the company in various sales channels.

Project tasks

  • Provide an unified information storage.
  • Automate and improve the communication process between sales auditors and regional leaders.
  • Provide a mechanism for controlling the product placement in various sales channels: Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HoReCa, gas stations, pharmacies, wholesalers, markets, distributors, non-standard sales channels.
  • Provide functionality for building sales channel audit reports.

The solution is implemented on the multifunctional Microsoft SharePoint Online platform.

Project result

A central information storage has been created as the results of audits for all countries and regions

The process of interaction between sales auditors and heads of regional divisions has been automated to identify shortcomings in the placement of the company’s products and eliminate shortcomings

The mechanism for monitoring the implementation of recommendations/comments on product placement has been executed

Reports on key indicators of audits have been generated
